The Post-Graduate Programme in Educational strategies in social and health care; European standards and innovation is designed to prepare professionals to manage and lead educational processes in academic and professional settings. Participants will gain expertise in developing teaching resources, defining effective delivery methods, and implementing comprehensive assessment strategies for students and overall educational quality.
The course is structured to develop the following core competencies:
The Master’s in Educational Strategies in the Social and Health Sectors employs a thematic and interactive teaching methodology. This approach combines theoretical lessons, laboratories, seminars, and group work, ensuring that participants gain both conceptual understanding and hands-on experience.
The programme addresses key areas essential for educational leadership and innovation in social and health contexts:
Explore learner-centered approaches, including classroom training, simulation lab training, operational context training, and e-learning methodologies.
Learn about standards for training needs analysis, curriculum design, and experiential evaluation as defined by European frameworks.
Incorporate guidance from the WHO Multi-Professional Patient Safety Curriculum and European Union recommendations into educational practices.
Participate in labs that focus on relational and ethical situations, reflective practices, and critical thinking to address real-world challenges.
Master advanced methods such as:
Build a strong foundation in research techniques to evaluate and innovate educational practices.
Internships are conducted in research institutions, universities, and IRCCS (Scientific Institutes for Research, Hospitalisation, and Healthcare). Participants will actively engage in research projects under the guidance of experienced researchers.
The final examination involves developing a research project (Project Work) on topics relevant to the programme. The research will culminate in the writing and defence of a thesis, supported by a research-experienced tutor.
Lessons are delivered synchronously online, with occasional in-person meetings that can also be attended remotely.
75% attendance of online educational activities and 100% completion of internship hours are mandatory.
Classes are held on Mondays and Tuesdays every other week, excluding summer and Christmas breaks.

Admission to the Post-Graduate Programme in Direction of Infection Control Services requires candidates to meet the following qualifications by the application deadline:
A maximum of 10 auditors is allowed. For additional information, consult the admission notice.
Programme Cost: €3,016.00, payable in two instalments:
Fee for Auditors: €2,000.00 (inclusive of legally required stamp duties).
